- Residential Vs Commercial Fabric. Residential Fabrics are suitable for use at home. These are standard Warwick fabrics. The Commercial fabric is waterproof, bleach washable and easily cleaned if soiled. These are great if spill a lot of coffee, have your pet on the furniture or if incontinence is an issue.

Please allow 6- 8 weeks for your recliner to be custom made.

Price is for pickup in Epping, VIC. Please contact us for a quote for delivery. We do ship nationally, but these furniture items cannot be sent via any standard courier. We use specialised furniture freighters.
