Shipping Charged

Quality furniture is pretty big and heavy, and we use the best carriers for our products, so it does come with shipping costs. We work hard to minimise these costs, and we absorb some of those costs so you pay less, but in most cases, you will have to pay something. We do not profit from the shipping costs in any way.

We do our best to get you the best possible deal, but if you would prefer to arrange your own freight to save some money, you’re very welcome to contact us -  we will refund your shipping costs if these have been added, and you can organise collection.  Just drop us a note on your order in comments. (You will be responsible for any damage incurred during transport if this is the case).

FURNITURE

Please note - furniture product pricing EXCLUDES shipping, unless a shipping cost or free shipping is specified at checkout.  These are available for pickup in Campbellfield VIC. 

Due to the nature of our products, it is difficult to calculate the best shipping costs to your area.

We don’t want to overestimate the costs, so let us know what you’d like and we’ll quote you for the best and safest method of shipping directly to you.

Australia Wide:

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. 

Shipping timeframes. 

  • Bed linen 7-14 days
  • Australian made furniture - approximately 8 weeks (We will let you know when you order). 
  • Imported furniture ranges - despatch within 2 weeks. Delivery may take 1-2 weeks after that depending on location.

 *** Delivery cannot be made to a P.O. Box***

Delivery is made during office hours to your door, either at work or your home address. If you have selected your home address and there is no one in attendance to sign, your parcel will be left at the door. Please advise us of a secure place for the order to be left in this instance. 

Once we have arranged your shipping, we will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address or mobile you provided when checking out.

We’re real people here at Wentworth Furniture and while we’re on the ball 99.9% of the time, we try our best!

If, in the rare event, you do not receive tracking information from us, please contact us at sales@wentworthcare.com.au or ph 03 9408 9710 and we’ll sort it.

We do not ship internationally at the moment 

Shipping Costs Calculated

For some items in our store, it is easy to calculate shipping. For others, such as furniture, it is a little bit more difficult. This is why some items are Free Shipping, some show Shipping Costs, and some show that shipping costs will be advised. Each product has information on the shipping costs.

Please feel free to contact us to discuss any shipping queries. It is in our best interest to provide affordable, quality shipping - we want to keep the price down for our customers, but also ensure zero damage.

 We are able to offer FREE shipping on some products.  We clearly mark those items with FREE shipping in the catalogue.

Shipping Delays

We try our hardest to make sure you get your order within a certain timeframe and as soon as we have the shipping details, we will forward them onto you so that you can track it too.

However, once your order leaves the warehouse, we have little control.  Shipments can be delayed or misplaced in transit occasionally. 

When this happens, we pull out all stops to get your order to you as soon as possible.
