Due to the nature of some products, it is difficult to determine the cost of shipping without more information or discussion with the Purchaser. As such, some items are listed as Pick up. The details are in the individual product pages. Pricing is therefore Pick up only and no extra charges will be added at the 'Delivery' stage of Checkout.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
If your item(s) is in stock, it will be shipped within 3-7 business days, with the exception of the following:
- Bed linen 7-14 days
- Furniture approximately 4 weeks

Delivery is made during office hours to your door, either at work or your home address. If you have selected your home address and there is no one in attendance to sign, your parcel will be left at the door. Please advise us of a secure place for the order to be left in this instance.
Once we have arranged your shipping, we will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address or mobile you provided when checking out.

Shipping Costs Calculated
Please note shipping costs are consolidated with the more items you purchase. Shipping costs will vary from product to product as we ship out the items from multiple warehouses.
We are able to offer FREE shipping on some products. We clearly mark those items with FREE shipping in the catalogue.
Quality furniture is pretty big and heavy, and we use the best carriers for our products, so it does come with shipping costs. We work hard to minimise these costs, and we absorb some of those costs so you pay less, but in most cases, you will have to pay something. We do not profit from the shipping costs in any way.
We do our best to get you the best possible deal, but if you would prefer to arrange your own freight to save some money, you’re very welcome to contact us - we will refund your shipping costs, and you can organise collection. Just drop us a note on your order in comments. (You will be responsible for any damage incurred during transport if this is the case).
We try our hardest to make sure you get your order within a certain timeframe and as soon as we have the shipping details, we will forward them onto you so that you can track it too.
However, once your order leaves the warehouse, we have no control. Shipments can be delayed or misplaced in transit occasionally.
When this happens, we pull out all stops to get your order to you as soon as possible.
